During the global crisis...

Hello again all, it's been a while!

So, this current crisis has us all on tenterhooks doesn't it? Reading and hearing about all of the latest updates and figures everyday can be a drive for anxiety, extremely depressing, and moreover, can suck a lot of passion and excitement out of our hobby.

Here at RGHQ, we've been trying to remain upbeat and operate as usual. Having our staff work diligently from home is a norm for us, and our stockroom is being operated with all safe systems and Government advice taken on board. With our can-do attitude, it's kept the anxiety at bay and driven us to work even harder to get your hobby to you when you need it most.

We've taken on some fantastic new agreements to be able to stock Army Painter, Vallejo, Secret Weapon Miniatures and Kromlech, among many other brands to give you more choice at great prices! We've even tried to make your browsing a little easier with search tools to refine your search, look for this in the left hand panel!

But what are paints without miniatures right?

Well, we have used our years of modelling experience and skill to allow us to rejuvenate old miniatures and bring them back to life for a second chance on a tabletop. Another thing we've done is start to buy in collections from people looking to move their much loved miniatures on to new homes. So you'll see both brand new and reconditioned miniatures for sale within our well-stocked pages. And the range is growing every day! We'd highly recommend the wonderful Halfling figures from the hallowed age of Warhammer's 4th Edition. Takes us way back!

Aside from the miniatures and paints, there is of course the much anticipated Ikoria, Lair of Behemoths coming soon; the latest Magic: The Gathering set from Wizards of the Coast. We're opening up pre-orders in the next couple of days for you all to enjoy some pack openings and collection building so please do share some videos on our Facebook, Twitter and Instagram pages so we can see what you pulled! We love a good pack to crack! With the Ikoria release of course will be our popular common and uncommon repacks that will be available for you to save some money on completing your collections. There's been brewing and deckbuilding going on for days here at RGHQ now and we've got some spicy setups!

From an RPG point of view we've been busy as usual, our Vampire: The Masquerade campaign took a break from its usual schedule to make way for an awesome Eberron campaign we've fallen in love with (you can check out the sourcebook here)! It's definitely worth picking up a copy if you love steam powered paladins... and who doesn't?! Our gaming group have been playing over a mixture of platforms, but settled on Roll20 as we're all familiar with it.

So, as the sun rises on the next day of quarantine and your minds are full of woe, replace it with wonder and embrace a fantastic opportunity to grab a brush and paint that model you've been sitting on for months, brew that Ooze tribal Commander deck that you've been pondering over for years or roll that mecha-halfling for your D&D campaign that you had a backstory developed for ages ago. Keep the hobby love alive and let Rogue's Gaming keep you in the game.

Stay safe gamers.
